What exactly am I subscribing to?
A managed service that sets up and maintains branded offer pages with connected checkout. Your plan covers the listed number of pages, hosting, maintenance and support. It is not a payment-processing account.
What will I pay, and when?
The first month ranges from $19.99 to $59.99, depending on your plan. One month later, the regular monthly price applies: $29.99 to $69.99. Your selected amounts will be confirmed before payment. A setup request does not charge you or start a subscription.
Where do my customers’ payments go?
Directly to your own merchant account through your supported payment provider. CheckoutNest charges you for the setup and maintenance service. Your payment provider’s processing fees are separate.
Do I need an existing store or payment account?
You need a supported merchant payment account to take payments. An existing store is not always necessary for a single digital offer. Send us your platform and provider details so we can confirm compatibility before you pay.
Can you replace my existing store checkout?
Compatibility depends on your platform and payment provider. We confirm the supported connection before work starts. The service does not automatically replace every platform’s native checkout or include custom inventory and shipping integrations.
What counts as a small content update?
A change to existing text, an image or a price on an existing page. New pages, redesigns, custom code and additional integrations are not small updates. Page counts are total limits, and included updates do not roll over.
Can I cancel my plan?
Yes. Use our cancellation page or email contact@checkoutnest.pro before your next renewal. Your hosted pages stay active through your paid period and are taken offline afterward. Cancelling our service does not cancel your payment-provider account or your customers’ subscriptions.
How soon will my pages be ready?
We confirm a delivery date after reviewing your products, branding, content and payment connection. This is a setup service, so pages are not delivered instantly when you submit a request. See our Delivery & Setup page for the process.
