Terms of service

These terms describe the CheckoutNest service offered by S. DHUKA, LLC, with its principal office at 3316 FREDRICK CT, COLLEGE STATION, TX 77845-6324, USA. Contact us at contact@checkoutnest.pro.

1. What we provide

CheckoutNest sets up and maintains branded offer pages with a supported checkout connection for online businesses. The scope and page limit depend on the selected plan. Each plan includes initial setup using prebuilt layouts customized to your branding, hosting, maintenance, and one supported payment-provider connection.

We confirm compatibility and a delivery timeline before accepting payment. A setup enquiry is not a paid order and does not start a subscription. The number of pages is a total allowance, not an allowance for new pages each month.

2. Plans and monthly billing

The introductory price covers your first month. One month after activation, the regular monthly price is charged, and it renews monthly until cancelled. The payment step will display the selected plan, first payment and renewal amount for your authorization. Any applicable taxes will be shown before payment.

Payment-provider fees, domain registration and third-party subscriptions are additional. We do not charge a separate initial setup fee within the agreed plan scope. Price changes for an existing subscription will be communicated in advance so you can decide whether to continue.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your products, content, prices, customer promises, fulfilment and merchant account. You must have rights to all material you give us and authority to use the merchant account. Your provider must support and approve your business. Do not provide passwords or payment credentials by email.

4. Service limits

A small content update means an edit to existing text, images or prices. Unused update allowances do not roll over. Redesigns, additional pages beyond the plan limit, custom software, inventory synchronization and shipping integrations are outside the included scope unless agreed separately in writing. We do not promise a particular sales volume or conversion rate.

5. Delivery and availability

Delivery timing is confirmed after reviewing your requirements and receiving the necessary content and access. See our Delivery & Setup page. Maintenance and third-party outages can affect availability; the plans do not include a guarantee of uninterrupted service.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Cancel before your next renewal using the instructions on our cancellation page. A cancellation request takes effect for future billing from the time it reaches our support inbox. Hosted pages stay active until the paid period ends, then are taken offline. See our Refund Policy for billing errors, non-delivery and other requests.

7. Your content and our layouts

You retain your rights to the branding and content you supply. You give us permission to use it to deliver the service. Our reusable layouts and code remain ours or our licensors’. The subscription includes hosting and use of your configured pages during the active service period; source-code transfer is not included unless agreed in writing.

8. Third-party services

Your customers pay through your own payment provider. That provider’s eligibility, fees, processing, refunds and account decisions are governed by its terms. CheckoutNest is not your payment processor or the seller of your products.

9. Privacy and changes

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle information. Material service changes will be communicated before they apply. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
